arrive kreuzberg is a sustainable rental residential quarter in Berlin-Kreuzberg, located near the Landwehr Canal. The project comprises the careful refurbishment of a nine-storey existing building as well as four complementary new-build structures, creating modern living space for more than 300 households in a prime central location.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies and efficiently designed layouts result in bright, contemporary apartments offering a high quality of living. An activated ground floor with neighborhood-oriented uses enhances urban integration and fosters a vibrant community environment.

The quarter meets ambitious energy performance standards (EH40 for the new-build components, EH70 NH for the existing structure) and is targeting DGNB Gold certification as well as the GOOD MOBILITY certificate. Sustainability, energy efficiency and long-term value retention are at the core of the development strategy.
