arrive hellersdorf

arrive hellersdorf is a new residential rental development at Cecilienplatz 10, 12 in Berlin-Marzahn-Hellersdorf, located directly at Kaulsdorf Nord underground station. On a previously unused commercial site, over 200 modern rental apartments with approximately 13,000 m² GFA are being created, providing new and affordable housing for the district.

The ground floor activates the neighbourhood with everyday amenities, including a grocery store and complementary local retail. Shared spaces such as a fitness room, landscaped outdoor areas and a rooftop terrace foster a sense of community and ensure a high quality of living.
