Primus leases an additional 1,500 square meters at SILVA in Berlin Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

Primus Immobilien AG, a leading real estate investor and developer focused on Berlin, has leased a further approx. 1,500 square meters in its new office building SILVA at Lietzenburger Straße 76 in Berlin’s City West to Bankhaus Metzler and a leading software company specializing in trading technology. Following earlier lettings to the software company orgavision, the investment and asset manager Coros, and Primus itself moving into the building, more than 80 percent of the space has now been leased. Completion of the building is scheduled for the end of January. Discussions are currently underway for the remaining available space, with PRIMUS expecting full occupancy during the first quarter.
Following developments at Lietzenburger Straße 56 and Lietzenburger Straße 105, SILVA is already the third project realized by Primus Immobilien AG on Lietzenburger Straße. A highly modern building comprising office and retail space is being developed on a total of approximately 4,500 square meters. The SILVA project is located directly adjacent to the southern construction phase of the large-scale “Fürst” development, where construction works have resumed and façade works along Lietzenburger Straße are already visible.
In addition to its innovative architecture and vertical façade greening – including trees planted across several floors – SILVA is distinguished by comprehensive sustainability credentials, having achieved DGNB Gold certification as well as WiredScore certification.
