The Schöneberger Linse, the urban development area between Südkreuz station and Schöneberg S-Bahn station, is being transformed in the coming years into a vibrant, mixed-use urban district. In direct proximity, we are developing SCHÖNEWERK as an innovative quarter that integrates seamlessly into this overarching concept. Our architecture and sustainable planning approach combine the charm of existing structures with the ambitions of contemporary urban development.
Adjacent to the site, the EUREF Campus thrives as an internationally renowned innovation hub, where companies such as Deutsche Bahn, Berliner Wasserbetriebe, BMW, GASAG and VEOLIA are developing forward-looking solutions for sustainable mobility, energy efficiency and further advancements in their respective sectors. With SCHÖNEWERK, we are creating an additional focal point within this dynamic and innovation-driven urban environment.

At SCHÖNEWERK, architecture and its surroundings form a harmonious composition. The high-quality, contemporary design integrates seamlessly into the classical Gründerzeit buildings of the neighborhood. At the heart of the development lies an inviting public park.
