Greifswalder Straße 168

In Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district, a mixed-use hotel and serviced apartment ensemble is being developed on a site of approximately 4,000 m² near the Greifswalder Straße S-Bahn station. With a total gross floor area of around 15,000 m², the modern building complex will combine hospitality, temporary urban living, and retail within one integrated concept.

The design of the seven-story ensemble was created by the architectural firm KSP Engel. Approximately 1,700 m² of retail space is planned on the ground floor. Green, staggered rooftop areas will provide additional amenity space and contribute to the sustainable design of the development and its surrounding urban environment.
