arrive treptower park is a new rental housing development at Am Treptower Park 28 in Berlin-Treptow, directly at Treptower Park and close to the Spree. On a site originally designated for commercial use, new homes are being created in one of the greenest and, at the same time, best-connected locations in south-east Berlin.
