arrive hellersdorf
arrive hellersdorf is a new residential rental development at Cecilienplatz 10, 12 in Berlin-Marzahn-Hellersdorf, located directly at Kaulsdorf Nord underground station. On a previously unused commercial site, over 200 modern rental apartments with approximately 13,000 m² GFA are being created, providing new and affordable housing for the district.
