Support of the HR team in day-to-day operational activities
Responsibilities
The HR Assistant assumes a responsible and confidential role on a part-time basis (35 hours/week). An individual arrangement is possible:
- Maintenance and updating of organizational charts (team and corporate structures) as well as creation of new organizational charts as required within real estate and construction projects
- Administrative support with internal documents and company records in a property and construction context
- Participation in the recruiting process, particularly in active sourcing and candidate outreach for real estate and construction roles
- Identification of potential candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn for property-related positions
- Review of application documents (CVs) and pre-selection of suitable candidates for construction and real estate functions
- Coordination and scheduling of interviews
- Communication with potential candidates
- Support in optimizing internal processes and structures within the real estate and construction environment

Qualifications
- Confident use of common software applications (MS Office)
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
