Support of the Team Lead Controlling in the financial management and monitoring of Primus Immobilien AG and its subsidiaries and project companies

Responsibilities

The Financial Controller supports the Team Lead Controlling in the financial steering and supervision of Primus Immobilien AG and all associated companies and project entities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Commercial management and supervision of real estate projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Ongoing budget monitoring and cost tracking
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports in close collaboration with the Development team, Asset Management and Accounting
  • Preparation and analysis of business plans, forecasts and liquidity plans
  • Execution of ad-hoc analyses and profitability assessments to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Contribution to the further development and optimization of controlling tools and processes
  • Close cooperation with and support of the Team Lead Controlling

  • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development in the fields of controlling and finance
  • Strong interest in real estate and financial topics, with the motivation to further specialize
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
  • High level of commitment and initiative to actively contribute to the optimization of processes and workflows
  • Flexibility and adaptability to quickly familiarize oneself with new projects and areas of responsibility
  • Strong motivation and performance orientation to make a positive contribution to the company’s success

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business administration, economics, real estate management or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within the real estate industry, including sound knowledge of real estate finance
  • Experience with financial and financing models
  • Confident use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience with DATEV is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, numerical affinity and a structured working approach
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and a high level of initiative
  • Analytical, goal-oriented mindset combined with an independent and results-driven working style
