Primus Immobilien AG, a leading real estate investor with a focus on project development in Berlin, has already notarized twelve apartments in its new premium residential development “Céleste” at Knesebeckstraße 10. Construction has recently commenced, with completion scheduled for 2027.
The project in Berlin’s City West comprises a total of 25 exclusive residential units with a wide range of floor plans, as well as one commercial unit on the ground floor. A selection of apartments with living spaces ranging from 38 to 348 square meters is still available. The architectural concept for “Céleste” was designed by Tobias Nöfer, while the interior design was created by Adrian Bleschke. The landscaped courtyard garden is being planned by Georg v. Gayl Landschaftsarchitekten, whose portfolio includes the outdoor areas of the Museum Barberini.
Furthermore, the development has been awarded a Gold pre-certification by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Nachhaltiges Bauen (DGNB). Particularly in the condominium segment, this reflects above-average sustainability standards and positions the project as a strong addition to the Primus Immobilien AG portfolio.
