Primus Forms Joint Venture with Edge for Further Rental Housing Development

Primus Immobilien AG is forming a joint venture with European real estate developer and investor Edge for the construction of further rental apartments in Berlin-Schöneberg. Primus plans to develop a mixed-use quarter on the site. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2027.
In addition to the project in Schöneberg, Primus is advancing further residential construction projects in Berlin. Projects in Pankow, Westend and Kreuzberg are currently under construction. Additional projects are planned in Hellersdorf, Treptow and Prenzlauer Berg.
