PRIMUS Immobilien starts sales of condominiums in Berlin-Charlottenburg

PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading project developer in Berlin, is starting sales of 13 condominiums in Berlin-Charlottenburg. There the company is developing an apartment building at Spielhagenstraße 8.

All apartments will have three rooms, with emphasis on a spacious living and dining area and high-quality furnishings. The ground floor and floor apartments will offer between 69 and 84 square meters of living space as well as access to courtyard terraces with private gardens or balconies. The top floor apartment with 147 square meters of living space will have two terraces facing the courtyard and the street as well as a rooftop terrace. The apartment building is equipped with an elevator and a bicycle storage room. The architectural design is the responsibility of the Berlin office Hell Architekten.

The house is located in a grown, inner-city residential environment. Within walking distance there are very good local supply possibilities, long-distance and local transport connections as well as a variety of gastronomy and leisure facilities. Sales for the condominiums at Spielhagenstraße 8 will start this week.
