PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading project developer in Berlin, starts selling apartments in the Quartier Charlotte in Berlin-Weissensee. There, three apartment buildings and a shed with a total of 53 condominiums as well as two townhouses are being built on Charlottenburger Strasse on an area of around 3,800 square meters. The architectural design is by the Hamburg-based architectural firm “hkt – die architekten”.
One-room studio apartments, floor apartments with two to four rooms as well as penthouses and garden apartments with one to four rooms are being built in the quarter. The living space will be between 30 and 136 square metres. All apartments have a balcony, terrace, loggia or roof terrace. The larger apartments are equipped with master bathroom and additional guest bathroom or a separate guest toilet. In addition, two multi-storey townhouses with five rooms on 130 square metres will be built in addition to the green courtyard. They will have two bathrooms, a separate guest toilet and their own garden. In each of the three apartment buildings, an elevator will provide access to the barrier-free apartments. In the underground car park, 26 car parking spaces are available, some of them with preparations for electric car charging stations.
Charlottenburger Strasse is a quiet residential street in the centre of Berlin-Weissensee in the north-east of the capital. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping facilities and a wide range of cultural offers, an extensive park and a bathing lake, the eponymous Weiße See.
“Weißensee is an increasingly popular residential district that combines everything that makes up quality of life in the big city. Families in particular have discovered the district for themselves”, explains Sebastian Fischer, CEO of PRIMUS Immobilien AG. “The high quality of living coupled with the central location not far from the lively trendy district of Prenzlauer Berg makes Weißensee particularly attractive for owner-occupiers such as families or working people. But Quartier Charlotte is also very interesting for a capital investment. Because the strong demand for residential space and the predominantly medium and small living spaces mean that good occupancy rates can be expected, with dynamic rental income and a high resale value”.
PRIMUS Immobilien AG is a leading project development company in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Since 1993 it has been developing, planning and building residential, commercial and holiday properties with a total of 60 employees. The privately owned AG is not listed on the stock exchange and is represented by the board members Franz-Josef Marxen, Klaus Prokop and Sebastian Fischer.
