PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading project developer in Berlin, has celebrated the topping-out ceremony at two ongoing construction sites. On 31 August, the topping out wreath was raised over two beach villas in Baabe on the island of Rügen. A few days later, on September 6, the completion of the shell for an apartment building on the corner of Münchener Straße and Barbarossastraße in Berlin-Schöneberg was celebrated.
After completion, the villa ensemble in Baabe, located directly on the beach promenade, will have a total of 43 holiday apartments: 21 units in Villa Strandläufer, 22 units and a commercial unit in Villa Düne. The apartments on the ground floor will have terraces and a special right of use for the garden, all apartments above will have balconies or roof terraces. All apartments are barrier-free and can be reached by elevator. A total of 44 parking spaces will be available for users in an underground car park and an outdoor area. More than 90 percent of the apartments have already been sold.
The apartment building in Berlin-Schöneberg with the project name “Münchener 13” will comprise a total of 21 condominiums on 1,300 square meters of living space. The one- to three-room apartments with floor areas between 38 and 110 square meters will have balconies or loggias. Sales have only been underway for a few weeks, and more than half of the residential units have already been sold.
