PRIMUS Immobilien AG: Lively buyer interest in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading project developer in Berlin, continues to observe a strong demand for condominiums in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. Since 2018 the company has been selling apartments in the two ongoing residential project developments “105 Park Residences” and “fiftysix“.

The residential project development “105 Park Residences” is being built at Olivaer Platz in Berlin-Wilmersdorf. Work is currently underway on the shell of the third of the total of six upper floors. Since the start of sales in June 2018, around 80 percent of the apartments have already been notarised. The last two available apartments on the first floor are each approx. 100 square metres in size and cost around one million euros each.

Demolition work recently began on the “Fiftysix” project on Lietzenburger Strasse – between the intersecting streets Meinekestrasse and Joachimsthaler Strasse. The first apartments have also been sold there since the end of 2018.
