PRIMUS Immobilien acquires land for rental apartments in Berlin

Berlin, 12.02.2024. PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading project developer for innovative real estate projects of the highest ESG standards, has acquired a plot of land in Berlin-Pankow, near Prenzlauer Berg. PRIMUS is planning the construction of an innovative new rental apartment building in modular timber construction. The plan is to build 241 apartments to the Efficiency House 40 QNG standard. A corresponding preliminary building permit has already been issued and a refinancing commitment has been granted by KfW (funding program no. 298).
