✔️ Over 80% leased, completion in early 2025
✔️ Bankhaus Metzler and software company secure office space in new development
✔️ Office complex with DGNB Gold certification and WiredScore certificate
Berlin, January 8, 2025 – PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading real estate investor specializing in project development in Berlin, has leased an additional 1,500 square meters in its new SILVA office building at Lietzenburger Straße 76 in Berlin’s City-West to Bankhaus Metzler and a leading software company specializing in trading technology. With previous leases signed by software company orgavision, investment and asset manager Coros, and PRIMUS itself, more than 80% of the space is now occupied. The building is scheduled for completion by the end of January. Negotiations for the remaining available spaces are ongoing, and PRIMUS expects full occupancy within the first quarter of 2025.
Following Lietzenburger Straße 56 and Lietzenburger Straße 105, SILVA is the third project PRIMUS has developed on this street. The 4,500-square-meter building will feature state-of-the-art office and retail spaces. The SILVA project is located adjacent to the southern construction phase of the large-scale Fürst project, where construction has resumed and facade work along Lietzenburger Straße is already visible.
In addition to its innovative architecture and vertical façade greenery, which includes multi-story tree plantings, SILVA is distinguished by its comprehensive DGNB Gold certification and WiredScore accreditation.
