Chief Executive Officer
Sebastian Fischer is CEO, shareholder and has been part of PRIMUS since 2017. He has extensive experience in various areas of the real estate industry, which he gained, among others, at JLL, initially in the Investment division, later as a consultant to the CEO EMEA Corporate Finance in Frankfurt and London, as well as at Engel & Völkers. At Engel & Völkers he built up the sales department for project developments in Berlin as a partner and managing director. In this function he got to know the partners of PRIMUS. Sebastian holds an MBA from ESCP Europe, Paris.
Chief Financial Officer & Shareholder
David Neuhoff is CFO, shareholder and has been with PRIMUS since 2023. He has many years of experience as a real estate investor and transaction lawyer in the areas of real estate, corporate law and M&A. He founded and managed LINUS, an investment platform specializing in private real estate loans. Prior to that, he worked for several years at the international commercial law firm BCLP, later Berwin Leighton Paisner. He studied law at the Rheinische-Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn and is a fully qualified lawyer.
Supervisory board
Christopher Muhr is a member of the Supervisory Board at PRIMUS as well as a renowned entrepreneur and business angel. With a degree in business administration, he is regularly involved in the development and expansion of various successful companies through investments and advisory board mandates, including most recently as COO of Auto1 and co-founder of Citydeal.
Keith Fischer is a member of the Supervisory Board at PRIMUS as well as Partner and Senior Managing Director of Kildare Partners. As a certified real estate expert with a degree in business administration, he has held various positions in the real estate and finance industry since 1989, including at Hines, Orion Capital Managers, Lehman Brothers, Frankonia Eurobau and Varde Partners.
Dr. Mathias Hellriegel is a member of the supervisory board of PRIMUS Immobilien AG, as well as a lawyer and specialist lawyer for administrative law and founder of the law firm Hellriegel Rechtsanwälte. As a proven expert in the real estate industry, he contributes his knowledge to various offices. Among other things, he is a board member of the Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e.V. and a lecturer at the IRE|BS Real Estate Academy at the University of Regensburg.
