PRIMUS acquires property in Potsdam for the first time

The company has acquired a plot of land with an area of ​​17,000 square meters directly on Potsdam’s Jungfernsee. PRIMUS currently has projects with a volume of almost 1 billion euros in the implementation and preparation.

A sophisticated residential area is to be created here in the Jungfernsee development area. “The location is very attractive for families and people who are looking for closeness to nature,” says Fischer. “You benefit from a quiet, green and exclusive residential area with an excellent infrastructure,” adds Fischer. Shops, restaurants, kindergartens and schools are not far away. It is only a few minutes by public transport to downtown Potsdam. It is just under 30 minutes to Berlin’s Kurfürstendamm via the city motorway or the S-Bahn.
