The Berlin-based project development company PRIMUS Immobilien AG has begun marketing holiday suites at the Loev Hotel in Binz on the island of Rügen. The sales volume comprises 77 units. The hotel will soon undergo extensive conversion and redesign work, which will be managed by Drebing Ehmke Architekten GmbH. GPB Architekten will be responsible for the interior design, whose references include numerous hotels, including the Soho House Berlin.
The two- and three-room suites for sale are equipped with high-quality materials. Almost all of them have a balcony. Within the hotel building there is a gastronomy and wellness area with swimming pool and saunas as well as shopping facilities in several shops.
The suites are being marketed as part of a new investment model. The buyers acquire the suites as a capital investment. The hotel suites will be rented to an operating company, VELA Hotels AG. The owners receive a guaranteed annual rental income. In addition, they will share in the profits of the operating company. Own use is also possible in the form of a significantly discounted hotel stay.
The Loev Hotel, which covers a total area of 5,000 square metres, is located on the main street in the historic centre of Binz. The beach and the Binz pier are 50 metres away. The Binz train station can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
