New project in Berlin-Dahlem

PRIMUS Immobilien AG, a leading project developer in Berlin, starts selling apartments in the project “Am Anger 6” in Berlin-Dahlem. Three unique condominiums are being built in the apartment building currently under construction. Kai Gamer Architects was entrusted with the planning of the project.

The apartments have approximately 173 – 196.5 square meters of living and usable space. The ground floor apartment includes a terrace and a private garden with about 703 square meters. In the basement, which can be reached via a staircase inside the apartment, there is a sauna, a fitness or hobby area and a shower room. The apartments on the upper floors each have several balconies facing in different directions.

All apartments will have several bathrooms as well as a guest toilet and high-quality furnishings. These include herringbone parquet floors, wood/aluminum windows, bulthaup fitted kitchens and free-standing bathtubs from Villeroy & Boch. A fireplace will be installed in both the living and dining areas.

An underground car park with five parking spaces is planned in the apartment building, which can be reached directly by lift from the apartments on the floors. The exterior design of the house, the covered entrance area, the roof shape and the symmetrically designed facade will reflect traditional building forms of historical Dahlem villas.

The residential project “Am Anger 6” is quietly located away from major traffic routes. The surrounding area is characterised by residential buildings as well as many parks and green spaces. Popular local recreation areas such as Grunewald or the Krumme Lanke bathing lake are within walking distance, as are the campus of the Free University and the Botanical Garden. The diverse cultural and gastronomic offerings of the City West are only 15 minutes away thanks to the excellent transport connections by bus, suburban train and underground.
